Refund policy

We provide fast and reliable shipping across Pakistan. After you place your order, it will be processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

You will receive a tracking number so you can easily track your order. Please make sure your shipping details are correct to avoid any delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect addresses.

We want you to shop with confidence. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you can request a return or refund within 3–7 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. After inspection, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side.
